From the moment we arrived we were greeted with kindness and hospitality. The property was authentic, set high in the the lush surroundings. Staff were very attentive, the food and presentation was exceptional! A fantastic Zen room with access to the best message chairs.

The Ryokan and onsen were both beautiful. We really enjoyed the natural hot strings, both the public and private baths were great! The two meals we enjoyed were great and the service was wonderful and very friendly.

Lovely accommodation, very large rooms. Staff were very accommodating. Gender split hot springs and mixed and you can book a private hot spring. Set menu so good if you’re open to trying foods.

Everything was amazing. The rooms were fabulous. The staff members were really polite and helpful. The view from the room was good too. But above all, the food was beyond amazing. Every single dish that was served during dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious. Another satisfying point was that we could even rent out a whole private bath for ourselves and relax !

beautiful property, private free onsens are just great, massage chairs and lounge perfect relaxation. appreciated them a lot. large and gorgeous room. great and attentive staff. worth visiting for sure
